With a mighty hand and outstretched arm the LORD brought all things into being.  With those hands He formed you and I and breathed life into us. Out of nothing, He created something magnificent. 

With outstretched arm, He led His people out of bondage in Egypt and into the freedom of the Promised Land.  With many signs and wonders He did the impossible against the greatest equipped  army in the world at the time. 

With the same arms outstretched, the Son of God emptied Himself, righting every wrong, releasing us from our captivity, completing the impossible, and reconciling us to our loving Father for all eternity. 

Praise God for His might outstretched arms today!

Personal Reflection

When the Lord’s arms are outstretched there is a mighty work taking place.  He is forever reaching out to His people to restore and renew. 

Are you doing the same;Reaching out to those who need to be led;  shepherding them in your care; pointing them to the only One who can reconcile all things to God…Jesus Christ. 

Prayer Focus

Father, we stretch our arms out to You in praise.  For you have made all things we see and all things unseen.  You hold all things together for Your glory.  Give us a heart to reach out to those around us and bring them with us on our journey with You. Teach us to stretch our arms for You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
