No doubt we have been blessed for many years here in the United States. Rapidly we’re seeing a decay in adherence to the constitution, morals, and ultimately reverence for God. Depression, disease, and homelessness are on the rise.

Not a very bright picture. The truth in this passage; however, brings an undying hope.  It is God’s provision for an eternity with Him, not only to the nation of Israel, but to all who confess Jesus as Lord and sincerely believe in their heart God raised Him from the dead.

What have we done to deserve this precious gift? Absolutely nothing. He chose us for His namesake and His glory.  What greater love has ever been demonstrated to us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us?

Personal Redlection

No matter what mountain you’re facing today; No matter how desperate the situation because you have Hope in Christ of an eternity spent with a Father who loves you beyond your capability to love.

Sing to Him out loud today your own song of thank you. Don’t worry about rhyming or rhythm. Sing from your heart! Let’s turn this earth into a giant speaker of praise music from our hearts!

Prayer Focus

Father in heaven, we praise You this day for Your gift of salvation! You have done these mighty works and displayed Your love for all to see! Our eyes are filled with tears of joy and our lips are filled with Your praises. May we know the  joy of Your salvation on this side of life may our songs of gratitude be music to Your ears. We pray all these things in the marvelous name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
